This project did NOT go as planned, although I did learn a lot about my own creative process and in general, which I guess was the main purpose. I decided not to use some (=most) of the photos I took because I was not happy with them at all. Turns out you really can't force or rush this kind of project or it will turn out embarrassing or just uninteresting. In the end, I decided to only keep 4 photographs that I was somewhat happy with. I am going to keep this as an ongoing project that I will add to whenever I come up with an idea and the result turns out good.

I had two more photoshoots and finally decided to edit the photos I have, even though I only have 4 of them.

Fear of falling asleep in public, I took these at work since I have really no access to other public places where I could shoot in peace. The right one is the edited one!

Fear of getting laundry detergent (or any harmful chemical) in my eye

For each photo I chose one or two main colours to use in props and to enhance in editing, I am going to keep doing this with the remainder of the photos (which I unfortunately have to shoot after lockdown, unless I can come up with more ideas indoors).

My own creative process project has kind of been on hold since we are in full lockdown again and I was supposed to take most of my images outdoors. I have no access to these locations just now, I am trying my best to come up with ideas indoors though and am hoping to take a few more photos by the end of the week.

The other day I did a shoot for my fear of knives. Taking self portraits is very weird and uncomfortable!! I cannot wait to take photos of other people again. Anyway, I got a good selection of images and I am sure one of these will work as a part of the project. I wanted to make this portrait quite simple just keeping the focus on bright colours (I love the combination of light blue and bright orange) and they turned out how I hoped! I'm not sure how to edit them yet though since I would like all of the images in this project to look good together, and as I don't have many photos yet it's hard to know what kind of style I want to go for. So this will have to do for now.
